A simplified version of the classic shrimp boil, prepared on one easy sheet pan with large raw shrimp, red potatoes, chicken sausage, corn, and seasoned with a variety of spices.
 Preheat your oven to 425°F.
On a parchment lined baking sheet, add red potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, and top with salt to taste. Toss to combine and roast for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the spice mixture by combining all spice ingredients in a small bowl.
If using frozen shrimp, thaw and pat dry, then set aside. Cut the ears of corn into 1 inch rounds.
After 15 minutes, add corn, chicken sausage, spice mixture, and additional olive oil to the baking sheet. Toss to combine and roast for another 10 minutes.
Add shrimp to the sheet pan, toss to combine with potatoes and corn, and roast for an additional 10-12 minutes.
Top with fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley.
